I have not done one of these in a really long time..... anyway when there where talks of a Spider-man 4 rumor was that they wanted John Malkovich for the Vulture.... it would have been interesting.

John Malkovich would make a GREAT vulture, he has the look and his voice would match the costume perfectly. it's not him though :(, i heard it's The Lizard Man, still cool
